ICH provided training and technical support to the Mystic Valley Public Health Coalition (MVPHC) to supplement their capacity during the initial needs assessment phase of their MassCall3 youth substance misuse prevention grant issued by MDPH’s Bureau of Substance Addiction Services. With ICH support, MVPHC conducted primary and secondary data collection and analysis intended to inform the development of a strategic plan for prevention of substance use among area youth. ICH delivered action-oriented trainings for the stakeholders and youth leaders who collected primary data, building community capacity for assessment and evaluation.
