Seika Brown

Research Associate

Seika Brown (She/Her/Hers) is a Research Associate at the Institute for Community Health (ICH), where she evaluates projects focused on substance use disorder prevention, community-driven health policy initiatives on access and equity, and improving access to mental health services for adults with mild to moderate mental health conditions.

Seika holds a B.S. in Urban and Regional Studies and a minor in Anthropology from Cornell University and is pursuing her MPH at Tufts School of Medicine. In 2019, she was recognized as a Local Changemaker by the Gates Foundation Discovery Center and received the mPower Award from Mental Health America in 2021. She was also awarded the Rare Beauty “Make A Rare Impact” Award in 2023 from Selena Gomez. Seika grew up speed skating and loves to go out on the ice whenever she can! She is also an avid Buffalo Bills fan and hopes they will get one superbowl ring in her lifetime.
